VERTIC 500 Heat Recovery Unit

The VERTIC series heat recovery unit is a mechanical ventilation unit with heat recovery, designed for buildings such as private homes, public buildings, cafes, warehouses, etc. It is designed for vertical installation. The advanced technological solutions applied in its design allow for installation without the need for recessing.

The heat recovery unit is equipped with an integrated control panel that allows for easy programming of the unit and selection of its functions. Its efficiency in terms of air purification is ensured by three types of filters:

• Supply air filter

• Exhaust air filter

• Bypass filter

The heat recovery unit is equipped with three G4 filters, which allow for pre-purifying the air before introducing it into the premises and protecting the heat exchanger from fouling.

The unit features a polystyrene counterflow heat exchanger, characterized by its high thermal conductivity and resistance to oxidation and mold. The heat recovery unit is equipped with low-consumption EC fans with five predefined speeds, whose speed is continuously adjusted thanks to its advanced electronics, ensuring a regular airflow in the exchanger and ducts.

The casing is made of powder-coated steel, and the interior is made of expanded polypropylene (EPP), ensuring high airtightness and good acoustic and thermal insulation.

Control

The VERTIC series heat recovery unit is equipped with an integrated control panel. It can also be equipped with CO₂ concentration sensors and relative humidity sensors. An optional VERTIC intelligent touchscreen control panel is available to increase the unit's functionalities, for example by allowing control of an external duct electric heater.
