Mobile Air Extractor
The professional mobile air extractor offers a flexible solution for construction sites, temporary interventions, and multi-zone locations requiring portable extraction. At Climatik, we provide mobile extractors on wheels for construction professionals, industrial maintenance, and ad hoc interventions.
Our range includes mobile extractors from 1,000 to 8,000 m³/h: portable models on rolling chassis, trolley-mounted extractors, and adjustable extractor fans. Easy repositioning, simple 230V electrical connection, total flexibility.
Mobile Extraction Technologies
Portable Extractors on Wheels
Mobile extractors on wheels feature an axial fan, motor, and steel chassis on 4 swivel wheels. Airflows from 2,000 to 8,000 m³/h, power consumption 300 to 800W, 230V single-phase power supply. Flexible, extendable ducting 3-10 meters, adjustable. Transport handle, weight 15-40 kg. Applications: construction sites, maintenance interventions, post-disaster remediation. Investment: €400 to €2,000.
Compact Portable Extractors
Lightweight portable extractors offer maximum mobility. Diameter 20-40 cm, airflows 1,000 to 3,000 m³/h, power consumption 150 to 400W, weight 8-15 kg. Can be placed on the ground or elevated on a stand. Flexible ducting 3-5 meters connectable. Applications: localized extraction for welding stations, confined space ventilation, room drying. Investment: €300 to €800.
Adjustable Extractor Fans
Mobile extractor fans combine air circulation and extraction. 360° adjustable head, airflows 3,000 to 6,000 m³/h, power consumption 400 to 600W. Extraction mode (with ducting) or ventilation mode (without ducting). Robust rolling chassis. Applications: temporary workshops, conditioning areas, paint/render drying. Investment: €500 to €1,500.
Mobility Advantages
Operational Flexibility
Mobility allows for quick repositioning as needed: changing extraction zones, following construction progress, intervening on multiple sites with a single piece of equipment. Easy storage off-season or between interventions. Single investment for multiple uses.
Immediate Installation
Instant commissioning: position the extractor, unroll the flexible ducting, plug into a standard 230V socket. No drilling, no fixed connections, no work permits. Dismantling is just as quick for relocation or storage.
Versatility of Use
A mobile extractor serves multiple applications: extraction of welding fumes in a workshop, ventilation of an excavation or trench, drying a room after water damage, dust extraction from sanding, extraction of paint fumes. Maximum profitability through diversity of use.
Sizing and Use
Selection by Application
Light localized extraction: Compact portable extractor 1,000-3,000 m³/h, 3-5 m ducting. Construction sites and interventions: Mobile wheeled extractor 3,000-6,000 m³/h, 5-10 m ducting. Disaster remediation: High-power extractor 6,000-8,000 m³/h, reinforced moisture-resistant ducting.
Optimal Configuration
Position the extractor in a dry, stable area, unroll the ducting towards the extraction zone without tight bends (pressure loss), place the end of the ducting as close as possible to the pollution source, and vent the extracted air outwards (window, door). Provide an opposing air inlet for effective sweeping.
Professional Applications
Construction Sites
Construction and renovation sites use mobile extractors for dust extraction during cutting/sanding, ventilation of confined spaces (tanks, basements), and accelerated drying of renders/paints. Daily relocation according to work progress.
Industrial Maintenance
Maintenance teams working on different sites transport mobile extractors for ventilation during work in confined spaces (tanks, silos), localized welding fume extraction, and temporary remediation of polluted areas.
Disaster Restoration
Remediation professionals deploy mobile extractors for rapid drying after water damage, odor and humidity extraction, and forced ventilation accelerating the drying of walls and floors. Rapid intervention on multiple simultaneous sites.
Complementary Uses
For permanent extraction in fixed installations, consult our collection of fixed wall and roof extractors. For air circulation without exhaust, see mobile fans.
