The electric construction site mister represents the simplest and most effective mist cooling solution for professional environments. Electric technology: simplicity and performance
Electric construction site misters are distinguished by their immediate installation without any particular hydraulic skills. A simple connection to a water supply (faucet, tank, or network) and a 230V electrical supply are sufficient for operational use in a few minutes. The integrated high-pressure pump generates a pressure of 70 to 100 bar, which atomizes water into micro-droplets of 5 to 10 microns, creating a refreshing mist that evaporates instantly.
This technology consumes very little water (0.5 to 2 liters per minute depending on the model) and little electrical energy (200 to 800 watts), making the system economical even with continuous operation 8 to 10 hours a day. Professional models include water filters, timed programmers, and automatic shut-offs in case of water shortage.
For large-scale permanent installations, misting cabinets centralize the management of multiple nozzle lines distributed over several areas. These professional systems, which can be controlled remotely, can cover large areas (300 to 1,000 m²) with automatic regulation according to temperature and humidity.
