Large Diameter HVLS Air Circulators
HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) air circulators with blades 3 to 7 meters in diameter move 10,000 to 50,000 m³/h with only 200 to 1,500 watts. Suspended from the ceiling (4 to 12 meters), they create a gentle downward airflow covering 300 to 1,000 m² per unit. Slow rotation (50-100 rpm) generates a light breeze providing a cooling sensation of +3 to +5°C without lowering the actual temperature.
Ideal for logistics warehouses, industrial halls, production workshops, sports halls, showrooms. They operate in both summer and winter: passive cooling in summer, heat recovery in winter. Investment: €2,000 to €8,000 per fan. Lifespan: 15 to 20 years.
High-Power Pedestal Fans
Industrial pedestal fans offer mobility and flexibility. Diameter 50 to 90 cm, flow rates 5,000 to 15,000 m³/h, power consumption 300 to 800 watts. Adjustable head, adjustable height 1.5 to 2.5 meters, robust rolling chassis. Cover 80 to 200 m² per unit depending on power.
Applications: cooling workstations, packaging areas, loading docks, mechanical workshops. Easy repositioning according to seasonal needs. Investment: €300 to €1,500. Economical solution for medium-sized areas or variable needs.
Industrial Wall-Mounted Fans
Wall-mounted fans fixed at height (2.5 to 4 meters) free up floor space. Diameter 40 to 80 cm, flow rates 3,000 to 12,000 m³/h, power consumption 200 to 600 watts. Oscillating or fixed head, multiple speeds, remote control available. Cover 60 to 150 m².
Ideal for workshops, changing rooms, break areas, industrial offices. Permanent installation avoids floor obstacles. Investment: €200 to €900.

Choice Based on Surface Area and Height
Area <200 m², height <5 m: Pedestal or wall-mounted fans, 2-4 units depending on configuration. Area 300-800 m², height 5-8 m: HVLS circulators 4-5 meters diameter, 1-2 units strategically positioned. Area >1,000 m², height >8 m: HVLS circulators 6-7 meters diameter, 3-6 units uniformly distributed.
Professional Installation
HVLS circulators require a reinforced supporting structure (load 100-300 kg), stainless steel cable suspension, minimum height 4 meters from ground to blades. Electrical connection, commissioning with balancing and speed adjustment. Installation time: 1-2 days per circulator.
Mobile fans: immediate commissioning, simple plug-in. Wall-mounted fans: reinforced wall mounting, electrical connection, 2-4 hours per unit.
