Fixed air extractors are permanently installed on facades, roofs, or duct networks. Flow rates of 2,000 to 35,000 m³/h, continuous operation 24/7, three-phase electrical connection possible. Available technologies: axial wall-mounted (direct exhaust, €200-€1,500), roof extractors (high-point exhaust, €800-€4,500), centrifugal (duct networks, €1,200-€6,000).

Applications: permanent production workshops, factories, professional kitchens, logistics warehouses. Continuous regulatory extraction, optimized permanent positioning, simplified maintenance. Lifespan: 12 to 18 years.

Mobile Extractors: Flexibility and Portability

Mobile air extractors offer a portable solution on wheels or chassis. Flow rates of 1,000 to 8,000 m³/h, unlimited repositioning, simple 230V connection. Flexible extendable duct 3-10 meters. Weight 8-40 kg, easy transport, compact storage.

Applications: construction sites, maintenance interventions, disaster remediation, temporary multi-site extraction. Immediate installation without drilling, total flexibility, unique multi-purpose investment €300-€2,000. Lifespan: 8 to 12 years.

Sizing and Compliance

Calculation of Regulatory Flow Rates

The sizing of an extractor is based on the regulatory air change rate according to activity. Formula: Local Volume (m³) × Air Change Rate = Extraction Flow Rate (m³/h).

Minimum rates: Offices 4-6 vol/h. Mechanical workshops 6-10 vol/h. Welding/painting 15-30 vol/h. Professional kitchens 30-50 vol/h.

Example: Welding workshop 2,000 m³, rate 20 vol/h → 40,000 m³/h extraction required = 3 fixed extractors of 15,000 m³/h or 6 mobile extractors of 7,000 m³/h.

Choice between Fixed or Mobile -->

Fixed extractor if: permanent premises, continuous regulatory extraction required, high flow rates (>10,000 m³/h), optimized permanent installation desired.

Mobile extractor if: temporary construction sites, sporadic interventions, multiple sites to equip, repositioning flexibility required, reduced investment preferred.
