Its structure combines a galvanized steel frame with EPOXY paint and a casing entirely made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring absolute resistance to humidity and cleaning agents. Thanks to its hot gas defrost system, it provides constant dehumidification from an ambient temperature of 1 °C.
