The AH 25 helical air heater, operating on natural gas G20 or propane gas, is a high-performance heating solution designed to ensure controlled thermal comfort in tall or large-volume professional buildings.

Developed to meet current regulatory requirements, the device complies with the ErP 2021 directive. It comes in five versions, covering a power range from 13 to 80 kW. Its two-stage heating operation allows for precise adjustment of heat distribution according to needs, without using condensing operation.

Efficient Combustion and Emission Control

The AH 25 is equipped with a high-efficiency multi-flame burner, NOx Class 5 rated, ensuring low pollutant emissions and reliable combustion. The two-stage gas solenoid valve modulates power to 52% or 100%, ensuring a gradual temperature rise. The sealed combustion, combined with automatic ignition, enhances safety and operational stability.

Heat Exchange and Air Diffusion

The seamless, four-pass tubular heat exchanger has a thickness of 1.5 mm, ensuring excellent thermal transmission and high durability. The helical fan with crescent-shaped blades allows for homogeneous diffusion of hot air, even in large volumes.

Easy Installation and Control

Designed as a standalone heating system, the AH 25 gas air heater can be installed with a balanced flue, on a facade, or on a roof. Its pilot-wire compatible electronic board simplifies regulation and integration into existing thermal management systems, while ensuring precise control and quick implementation.
