AC 45 Gas Centrifugal Air Heaters

AC gas centrifugal air heaters are designed to provide efficient and uniform heating for professional buildings requiring ducted air distribution. They offer a high-performance solution for installations where airflow control and thermal regularity are essential.

Operating Range and Performance

The AC range covers a thermal power output between 36 and 80 kW, with an airflow rate ranging from 4,950 to 9,000 m³/h. The available static pressure, from 9 to 13 mm WG, allows for optimal adaptation to duct networks, ensuring efficient hot air distribution.

Combustion Technology and Reliability

AC air heaters incorporate a high-efficiency multi-flame burner, designed to limit pollutant emissions thanks to low NOx production. The two-stage gas solenoid valve allows for modulated operation at 52% or 100% power, ensuring a progressive and controlled temperature rise. The sealed combustion, combined with automatic ignition, enhances safety and operational stability.

Heat Exchange and Ventilation

The seamless, four-pass tubular heat exchanger, with a thickness of 1.5 mm, offers excellent thermal transmission and high robustness. The centrifugal fan, integrated into an air return box, is particularly suitable for ducted installations and ensures a consistent distribution of heated air.

Installation and Regulation

Designed as autonomous ducted heating systems, AC gas air heaters are equipped with a duct connection frame at the outlet, facilitating their integration into air distribution networks. The presence of an electronic board compatible with a pilot wire (four wires to connect) simplifies the regulation and control of the unit.
